How and when do I pay?
We accept cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due upon service completion.
Do I need to prep my car?
- Remove personal items (electronics, documents, valuables)
- Clear space around vehicle (enough room to open all doors)
How long does a full detail take?

| Medium / Large Vehicles | 5-7 hours |
We allow for longer than average appointment times to ensure every vehicle meets or exceeds our detailing standards.
Do I need to be present for the appointment?
Not required!
- When booking, simply select “No” when asked if you will be present. We will then send you an email to discuss our procedure.
Where are you located?
We are based in Ferndale but operate as a mobile service.
- Mobile Service: Comes to your home/office. We serve most of Western Whatcom County. Simply check our service map on the booking page.
