Question: Do I need to be present for the duration of my appointment?

Answer: No, you don’t need to be there for your entire appointment. If you can’t be there even at the beginning of your appointment our team will reach out to you after booking to discuss how we can safely collect your keys.

Question: What happens if it rains the day of my appointment?

Answer: Most likely we will contact you about rescheduling your appointment as rain causes us quality control issues as well as attracting dust to the vehicle after the rain clears.

Question: How much will it cost to detail my particular vehicle?

Answer: The price for any standard passenger car or truck will fall between the price range listed for each service on our home page. For an exact quote please email benwilland@fortifydetailing.com.

Question: Are there any restrictions on where my car can be parked

Answer: Yes, there are multiple requirements for vehicle location. Your vehicle must be in a location that provides 5 feet of clear space around, parking access for our team vehicle and water hookup within 30 feet. Please also ensure there are no property rules surrounding noise level or rules affecting mobile detailing operations.

Question: Do I need to remove personal belongings from my car before detailing?

Answer: Maybe, we have some stipulations for belongings left inside the vehicle. Small items are perfectly fine and will be replaced by our team in your car. Large items such as boxes that obstruct large areas should be removed prior to appointment. We also request that you remove trash from your vehicle so that we can focus our time on detailing.

Question: What level of transformation should I expect on my car?

Answer: We strive to leave your vehicle looking and feeling as good, or better than it did when it was brand new. We also use rejuvenating products that restore color and shine however, our mobile detailing service does not repair permanently damaged paint, plastics or other pieces of your car.

Question: How and when do I pay for my detailing?

Answer: You pay for your detailing after the appointment is complete, we accept all of the following payment methods, Cash, Check, PayPal, and Credit and Debit cards.
